Kids’ Health Links Foundation has a singular focus on children & youth at the centre of our programs. In collaboration with our partners, we have created social technology to help chronically ill and hospitalized youth cope with their stress, isolation and loneliness while in medical care. We have also developed technology platforms for child life specialists and child and youth mental health professionals, enabling them to connect, learn and share best practices, and access tools and resources to help them provide better care to the populations they serve.

Kids’ Health Links Foundation is now affiliated with the MSc Child Life & Pediatric Psychosocial Care program at McMaster University to provide clinical internship experience. Child Life interns will gain skills and competencies under the supervision of KHLF’s Certified Child Life Specialists as they work towards entry level practice to join the Child Life profession.
