Upopolis
Upopolis is a secure, online social community for youth ages 13 - 23 who are living with a medical diagnosis or condition.
Upopolis offers youth the opportunity to: connect with peers with similar experiences -access support and resources from our team of Certified Child Life Specialists- participate in virtual groups and skill building workshops- collaborate with other youth and our team
On Common Grounds
A virtual programming event for youth to meet others who are going through the same challenging life event. Youth will be able to participate in games and activities with others who are just like them.

The Upopolis YAP (youth of adult patients) Island serves youth (age 13-23 years) navigating having a caregiver who is living with a critical illness.
Grief Island
The Upopolis Grief Island community serves youth (age 13-23 years) navigating the death of someone close to them.
sibling island
The Upopolis Sibling Island community serves the siblings (age 13-23 years) of youth living with medical diagnoses and conditions.
